RIPL Projects was founded by Jen Sharpe, a Sustainability Project Manager and marketing & communications strategist with over 20 years’ experience bringing ideas, brands, and purpose-driven projects to life.

Jen’s career spans tourism, sport, events, and creative industries across Australia and Canada. She has led integrated campaigns, shaped brand strategy, and delivered projects that connect organisations with their communities in meaningful and lasting ways.

In recent years, Jen’s focus has centred on sustainability and circular economy initiatives. Through her work with Tourism Noosa’s Plastic Free Noosa program, she has helped design and deliver waste reduction strategies, education programs, and community-led environmental projects - including the launch of Precious Plastic Noosa and the region’s first single-use coffee cup-free event.

Jen brings together strategic thinking and creative problem-solving, with a passion for making complex ideas clear, engaging, and impactful.

Through RIPL Projects, Jen partners with organisations to deliver thoughtful, practical, and purpose-led projects that create positive environmental and social outcomes.
